Feature description

In compliance with EU data protection regulations (GDPR), the storage of players' IP addresses in their data files should be configurable. An option should be added to config.yml that allows server administrators to disable IP address storage completely.

How the feature is useful

Currently, Essentials stores player IP addresses in their data files, which may not be GDPR-compliant. By allowing server administrators to disable IP address storage, this feature ensures legal compliance and enhances privacy protection for European players.
