Graphics created by DD window left in map between sessions cannot be removed by the DD window in new session

1. From the Military Tools Toolbar, open Distance and Direction window.
2. Create some graphics
3. Save the map.
4. Close ArcMap
5. Double-click the MXD file to reopen ArcMap
6. Clear All button on the tab for whatever graphics you created is disabled.
7. Create some more graphics of the same type
8. Clear All button is activated.
9. Click Clear All note that only graphics created in the new session are removed.

• You must use the Select Elements tool to manually select and delete graphics
• Did not check in Pro because we create features not graphics
• This may just be a known limitation of how graphics behave that the window loses track of "ownership" of those graphics between sessions.
