[BUG] Clicking the arrow to increase a deployable's size up from 0.5 does not remove the decimal value

Describe the bug
For actors of the "deployable" type, if you go to configure their stats, there is a setting for their Size. By default, this value is 0.5 to represent Size 1/2. If you click the arrow to increment this value, it increases to 1.5 (which is not a real Size in Lancer's rules). I recall in an older version of the Lancer system in Foundry, clicking this arrow would increment 1.5 -> 1 -> 2 and so forth.

To Reproduce

1. Create a new deployable actor or open an existing one.
2. Go to the Config tab for the actor.
3. Ensure the Size value is set to 0.5.
4. Click the "increase" arrow.
   Result: the value increases to 1.5.

Expected behavior
The Size should increase to 1.
