[FEATURE] Condense chat message styling

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is a lot of dead space in most of Lancer's chat messages. Some more condensed styling could help show more information on the screen.

Describe the solution you'd like
I dream of something reminiscent of the ALLCOMM style used in Lancer/Battlegroup lore writing. Minimalist with a bit of flavour. I am also tempted to include the speaker's portrait as well, eliminating the need for modules such as Chat Portraits, but some people may not want those by default.

Leave things as they are, there's no functional problems.
