[BUG - v10] Popout Combat Tracker has Tiny Activation Icons

Describe the bug
The popout combat tracker has tiny Activation icons that are difficult to click due to their small clickbox. They are not color coded nor greyed out upon use, either, making the popout tracker less helpful to use.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create several tokens on the scene.
2. Add the tokens to the combat tracker.
3. Pop out the combat tracker (right click the crossed swords icon).
4. Observe that the activation icons are white and incredibly small.
5. Start combat and activate one of the combatants.
6. Note that the tiny white activation icon does not grey out.

Expected behavior
The Activation icons in the popout combat tracker appear and behave the same way as the embedded combat tracker, with color coordination, greyed-out icons when used, and a larger size for visibility and clickability.

Additional context
The icons are small, white, and seem to be centered instead of right-aligned. It's not possible to activate Combatants that have already expended their activation (as intended) but the only indicator is the lack of a dull orange "selector glow" on mouseover on the icon.
