Create a Halo.lite flavor and add in jqueryp etc to Halo

jqueryp belongs as part of the framework. However, it technically is not necessary for Halo to run -- hence we should take the current version and mark it as Halo.lite. Then, add jqueryp and any other useful parts (see our TodoMVC fork).
