Raidframe Tab / Master Loot is bugging in ElvUI

Description

1. I Can't put main tank/main assist in the raidframe tab
2. Sometimes i cant give master loot to someone else in the raid, sometimes it works after a /reload.
   When it works to give master loot to someone in the raid, then i cant see the master loot icon in raid tab must /reload once again then
3. Also sometimes when entering a raid group then whole raidframe tab will be dark and can't drag people to other group, but works after a /reload as well

Still dosent work with only ElvUI active and every else addon is turned off

it was the same problem in version 6.08, tried to update it today and see if it was fixed with 6.09 but it's still the same problem
