Window control buttons (traffic lights) missing on Mac #39

Hi there, loving this theme.

On the most recent macOS Catalina build, running FF 78.0.1, I have no window control buttons. I noticed in another issue that the screenshots there are missing them as well. But in Linux and Windows screenshots they appear as you'd expect them to. Is there anything I can do to get them in this theme?

I never did. I moved on to a different theme and kinda forgot about this. If you do I'd love to know :)
