home ip leaked to the gossip

Issue and Steps to Reproduce

After upgrading my node to run the latest github a couple days ago (v0.10.2-456-ga2a6b8c) . On that day, I noticed my home ip got exposed to the gossip network seen on Amboss (of course it's unreachable because it's behind router). It's showing under the "Node Info Changes", however, the home ip is not on the node contact information.

my setting is tor + clearnet on vps
