Flysky AFHDS3 module settings are not in sync with UI

Current Behavior

INT/EXT module settings displayed in the UI did not in sync with config stored in the IRM031/FRM303 module.

Expected Behavior

1. UI change receiverID -> TX get config -> refresh UI (Flysky comfirmed that refreshUI is missing now)
2. UI change options -> TX set config (phymode and emi cannot be changed once bind, PWM/failsafe/newport settings should be able to change online, currently only failsafe is working properly)
3. model load -> TX get config -> refresh UI (Flysky confirmed that refreshUI is missing now)

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create at least 2 model with 2 receivers
2. Bind them
3. Switch between model
