What I see in the source is this:

So, how do I know what is a heading? There are lots of lines that start without indentation. Are they all headings? E.g.
%verse 1,14 WQRW LMRJ> W>MRW >WN MRJ> L> N>BD BNPCH DGBR> HN> WL> TXCWB <LJN DM> ZKJ> MVL D>NT HW MRJ> W>JK DYB> >NT <BD >NT
(Jonah 1:14). Is the second line here a heading too?
