Thanks for looking into this @valeriupredoi! In order to make it easier to implement the broken recipe policy, we need to keep these issues open until all broken recipes are fixed or have been broken for 3 releases, in which case we will remove them according to the policy. It is a lot easier to see which recipes have been broken for too long if we keep the issues open.

ah fair do's - I completely forgot about that policy, my bad. I closed the 2.8 one too, should I reopen it too?
