Navbar and Login redirects

Summary

after the nav bar is set up on all pages, it would be nice if you logged in on the index page to be redirected to the index page after logging in, This is just a slight bit tricky because we currently redirect only to the "/login" route where we then curl to orcid for the user info and then assign session variables.

This would allow the interface to be a bit more seamless to login from any route
