No central index file exists that groups all existing Nodeos RPC API references.

To navigate a given RPC API, the reader must first select a Nodeos plugin, then select the API reference link, if applicable. This is not intuitive.

Solution:
Add a central index file titled "RPC APIs", or similar, within the Nodeos main section and include links to the actual RPC API references.
