hy. we're a team working on your git on the Asus ROG laptop.
in insanelymac forum... we are a group.. trying to make the fn + fx keys working
actually .. building in latest xcode in ML your build run perfectly.. but after loading kext.. if we press a fn+fxx key.. the system hangs without log in the consolle.

other kexts in the net are a little bit better.. but no one (included you) has the ability to manage brightness and most important the Backlight Keyboard (f3/f4)

actually we can force light at boot in EC dsdt REG method.. but is not really the best solution..
