Generated documentation should not be part of the source code

Fix the documentation generation. Generated files should not be checked into the git repository.

It not only breaks the basic principle of a single source in information, but it also makes contributing to tripper unnecessary complex resulting in pre-commit errors that are completely unrelated to the actual change in the code.
