[BUG] Error when using ACE_INGRESS_PROTOCOL=https

When using ACE_INGRESS_PROTOCOL=https GitLab access is broken for http or https access. When the value is set ACE_INGRESS_PROTOCOL=http, the access using http and https works fine but the Callback URL configuration is mismatched (the url is http but the access is from https) and the integrated visual studio code doesn't work when you try to edit a file from a repo.
