Did you test the latest Molise code ?

Yes, and the problem still exists.

Bug Description

X1 with TMC 2209 standalone X motor axes going the wrong way after an interrupted print, and sometimes after rebooting the printer.
The only way out I found is to initialize the printer manually with a Home after rebooting.
