The quota limits on search and filter stream APIs mean that it might be useful for users to be able to NOT collect retweets. This should significantly cut down on the number of tweets that are collected, and shouldn't negatively impact DocNow's ability to identify tweets for archiving. In fact perhaps it should not collect retweets by default? And only collect them when a user specifically wants them?
