Organizers not getting after-event emails for reporting stats

It seems after-event automated emails for organizers to send in event stats are not going out. Need to investigate why this is happening.

@amakarudze could you please provide some context and how to produce this issue?
is it send_submit_information_emails() function from core/management/commands/handle_emails.py line 76?

@amakarudze do we know what's the exact error on this one? is it a misconfiguration, an error in the send_submit_information_emails as @dostogircse171 mentioned above, etc?

@vanessa Not sure I can help here. There's no issues in Sentry and I don't have access to sendgrid or mailchimp.
