Cleanup CSS

[DogeDark]

Separate dxp.css into multiple different organized css files. Ideally, we could also use SCSS (with hot reloading) for it's ability to have CSS child ids/classes within a parent scope. E.g.

    background-color: red;
   
    #text {
         color: blue;
    }
}
