List valid groups in dev portal

The prompt added in #187 explains the hoops to jump through to get a list of valid groups for catalog-info.yaml. It would be nice if this could be simpler, maybe a link to a simple list of valid group names.

I can't imagine it would be too difficult to add another column to the displayed columns for a given entity Kind - perhaps worth having it as a different page though

It's fine as its own page as long as each entity is clearly identifiable to a human from just its ID
