[request] static header and footer for the trade window #647

Would be nice to have a static header and footer for the trade window. That way the meaning of the columns remains clear all the time. Another advantage is to place meaningful statistics in the footer. Something like current profit in BTC. Also the most relevant hot keys can be displayed.
