Release v2.1.0
With this release we've added a method to easily download a default database setup using the --install-databases
flag as explained in the newly updated documentation: take note of the considerations mentioned here.
Release v2.0.2
See issue #1, Intel's conda
channel is unavailable and since we relied on this channel it caused Jovian
to be uninstallable. This channel has now been replaced. Since sub-modules are containerized this does not affect Jovian's results, as validated by generating identical hashes for the QA dataset with this version as for previous versions.
Release v2.0.1
During the launch of v2.0.0 the version number was not set correctly throughout the code. Also, some errors and notes that referred to the archived version no longer were correct. This is now corrected. Functionality has not changed so Singularity containers were not rebuilt.
Release v2.0.0
Release v2.0.0 of Jovian as described on the README.
