scib requires 1 or 2 threads only

When running integration, the newest version of scrib requires either 1 or 2 threads_medium any value above this specified in the yaml causes it to fail (see error attached bellow).
This should either be added to the yaml or documentation as an instruction (since it's not anywhere) or may be changed so that any value of threads is acceptable.
