Issues assignments for remediation not clear.

I would suggest a feature "Assign user for particular finding" which would be responsible for its remediation.

Or at least show "Requested to review " user next to an issue.

Have you looked at the "Request Peer Review" feature?

It allows you to either select a reviewer or assign to all available:

And how to see assigned user in eg. in the findings listview ?
