Upgrade reset everything.

When I upgraded to firmware v0.5.6 I specifically chose the 'Program' option expecting that that would just upgrade the firmware but leave all my settings and customisations intact. However everything was reset causing me to have to reconfigure the WiFi settings and all my Layers.

This might be slightly less annoying if there was a working way to back up at least the layers, but that wasn't working before and seems to have now been removed. Because there is no option to back up at least the l layers I'm reluctant to configure them because I can expect them to be forgotten when the next firmware is released.
