Issues found on Spanish Medium

Hello! I discovered some issues on the Spanish Medium while building an index of all translations. Putting them here on GitHub to enable tracking and delegation.

• the group blog has decred_es as a name, which is confusing since there is an account called @decred_es
• older ES translations and articles are missing from sub-blogs of https://medium.com/decred-es . All 2020 DJs are under revista-2020 as the name suggests, but I don't see how to discover past issues via the decred-es pubication. I could only do it by scrolling back the individual https://medium.com/@decred_es account. I don't expect many people to read past issues so it's a minor bug.
• some ES translations don't clearly link to original document or don't have translator's name (esp. older ones)
• https://medium.com/decred-es/revista-decred-abril-2019-b026fd19c877 credits line is broken: "senderhazard" -> "saender, sambiohazard"
• https://medium.com/decred-es/revista-decred-mayo-2019-3bd81daa91f9 has image from April . You can get the may image at "Decred Journal" may issue images decred/dcrdesign#155
• https://medium.com/decred-es/revista-decred-junio-2019-9ab180513913 does not have image caption, see here https://medium.com/decred/decred-journal-june-2019-81c78144013c
• https://medium.com/decred-es/revista-decred-marzo-2020-5c445b9227ac has a dead link https://francov99.github.io/DecredJournalSPA/journal/202003.html . There might be other posts linking to the old DecredJournalSPA repo, I didn't check all.
• https://medium.com/decred-es/revista-decred-abril-2020-36994903a7d7 has no Outreach and Rel Ext, which were added on GitHub in June https://github.com/francov99/dcrspanish/blob/master/decred-journal-spanish/journal/202004.md . I figured Dev is intentionally removed from the Medium version, not sure about the two other sections.
• Jun and Jul 2020 do not list translators and thus don't list pablito's contributions

(3) I see that some older ES content is in https://github.com/3lian/DecredESJournal , https://github.com/francov99/dcrspanish and https://github.com/3lian/decredarticlesES , and newer content in https://github.com/DecredES/traducciones . Is there a plan to move all stuff to a single repo? I might help with designing the structure if you need any advice.
