I spent an hour or two trying to get the client to run as the server lmao. There's all sorts of goofy issues when you try to do it that way, particularly with worldgen. I read the Multiplayer Instructions tab multiple times, but the fact that there even was such a distinction wasn't obvious to me until I visited the CurseForge page in my browser. This is easy to miss when using a launcher like MultiMC or PrismLauncher. Using the server zip fixed my issues. If this were documented on the wiki page, I would have noticed sooner.
Config/Script Details (if desired)
Add a line prefacing the Multiplayer Instructions, saying something like: "To run a dedicated server, remember to grab the server files!"
