Add Construct's Armory book to Immersive Craft bookshelf whitelist

It's always startling when a book doesn't go into the bookshelf. I assume this one was missed because Construct's Armory was recently added to the pack.

Config/Script Details

Here's a udiff with my suggested change to the config. I've chosen to make the book small_blue as that seemed the closest to the silver color of the actual book, and the tconstruct book "Materials and You" is small_yellow.
