Unchant Pylon Recipe Staged before craftable

Issue / Bug

The Unchant Pylon from Cyclic is staged to age Four, but the recipe requires an item in Age Five.

Expected Behavior

The Unchant Pylon should be craftable when visible in JEI.

Possible Solution

Replace the "Age Five Item" with something to progress towards in Age Four, possibly a Heavy Duty Plate, an Engineering Processor, or something with a little work involved.
OR, Stage the Unchant Pylon into Age Five.

I was wanting to unenchant some nice gear I found during a visit to a couple bosses, and found the Unchant Pylon to be an interesting idea, but it disappointed me that I could not craft it just yet.
