unique capture names #147

Capture/shotgun plate names should be unique. They can currently be reused.

There are multiple capture/shotgun plates for some names. For example:

Acacia
Alder
Cedar

Maybe make the combination of name and experiment unique instead. Hemlock, for example, is used twice, once for Raw and once for MTspike3k.
