Is Quad9 Anonymized Dnscrypt fixed yet?

I've seen multiple conversations around this in the past, but not anything recent.
Has Quad9 fixed things on their end to allow for Anonymization? To my understanding their servers don't accept anything larger than 1500 bytes.

I don't mean to beat this dead horse, figured I would bring it up when i saw some newer servers were missing from the "fragments_blocked" line.
