Is there a way to see future publish dates to editors only?

I need to be able to edit an announcement with a future publish date. I have the default view setting at current as I don't want users to see the announcement until the publish date. A user with the ability to edit content only cannot see the future announcments. I would like the user with edit (add) the ability to see future entries without all users being able to see them.
