SALAMIN Forum

SALAMIN is an online forum about seeking finance and adulthood advice

Setup

  1. Download the zip file
  2. Extract the folder
  3. Open Command Prompt
  4. Navigate to the project folder
  5. Local Server Setup npm init or npm init -y
  6. Type npm install
  7. To run the server npx supervisor server.js
  8. Copy mongodb://127.0.0.1:27017/salaminDB in the browser and it will redirect to MongoDBCompass
  9. Import the salaminDB.posts.json by navigating it to the project folder MCO2/models/json
  10. Import the salaminDb.users.json by navigating it to the project folder MCO2/models/json
  11. Ctrl + click the http://localhost:3000
