Look at the 'sign and verify' feature in the T2 repo
Check whether the feature can be implemented using just Beacon by reviewing the Beacon docs (no ConseilJS)
If the feature can be done with just Beacon, do it with just Beacon
Else, do it with ConseilJS and Beacon
