Website - Integrating Snapshot and Forum Feeds for WGs

Increase the utilization of the Website and integrate our Forum and Snapshot modules along with additional Website Improvements.

✨ What does success look like? (i.e., the criteria to meet to call this issue done)

1. Website should have a dedicated Governance page with Snapshot Embedded.
2. Website should have different areas that display feeds from our Forum
3. Ensure that disability measures (alt texts, pic descriptions, etc.) are incorporated within HTML.

For the second one, I think some time ago @kristoferlund suggested an idea for making WG updates from a topic on the forum show up in the website.

For the third one, I think working on accessibility can have a lot of value. :)

I'd say that is related to a slightly bigger decision. Should the TEC web continue to be a fairly simple landing page linking to other pages, projects and services? Or should the web be a place where members and outsiders spend actual time to interact with governance tools etc. I have no clear opinion yet. Perhaps that is something the commons can vote on and fund after the upgrade?

Website is ok right now but could be better. Full disclosure, I have only checked the Lighthouse score which stands at 93%.

Let's get that up to a 100 to start with! Posted an issue over at tec-web:
