Place for tab playback problems

While testing the product I have encountered some situations the engine doesn't play the note correctly.
Is there a place where I can search playback problems and see if they already reported.
Currently there are 32 issues and I didn't find any playback problems there I found which I can reproduce with all my tabs

All development happens here on GitHub. There is no additional (hidden) place where things are reported. There might be some "known issues" from personal knowledge and ongoing developments but this is not explicitly reported/documented.
