Consider changing the orientation of the framework print map

This is a potential fix for legend with many breaks/bins getting cut-off in the current layout. For example, the "Loggerhead Sea Turtle" has a few more bins that are cut-off in the below image.

Switching to a layout where the legend is vertically oriented (in both portrait and landscape mode, it would be slightly shorter and wider in landscape mode) could alleviate this issue. There would still be cases where the legends would get cut-off, but it should be less frequent.

I think we would also move the map title and image to the legend as well, which would create more of a sidebar.
