Enabling Weather O'clock after Panel Date Format causes there to be two time displays

Expected Behavior

Shows weather and temperature next to the existing time display.

Current Behavior

Creates a new time display in addition to the existing one. There is no problem if Panel Date Format is enabled after Weather O'clock.
