触摸模式下笔记栏无法正常弹出 #77

选中文字后的效果如图，设备是surface pro 3，商店最新版。连接鼠标后选中是正常的，所有想问问是不是因为触摸的问题。

另外下方的书籍标题有些长，和页码重叠，感觉可以再优化一下。
