- convert existing issue templates to new template style - move issue validation to start - add important section at start - improve checkbox UX - improve wording a bit - add config to link discord & remove blank issues

Description
Github improved the Issue Templates a lot last month, we can now use yaml (For the config only yml rn, idk why..).
I reworked the templates a bit, mentioned the Community Discord for general questions (+ Discussions tab ofc) and removed blank issues.
