Use upstream library for leaflet-distortableimage #1

The leaflet-distortableimage library was copied from their dist and modified for my needs. Namely; the Toolbar was removed and rotation/scale were split into seperate actions.

The contributors have suggested building these changes into the grunt file and source upstream making it so we can develop with each other.
