Adding ability for language localization

Hi @ChrisAnd1998, I've been using TaskbarX since past 6 months and loving it. Have you thinking about opening this project to be able to translated by translator volunteers? I think many users will be more than happy if they'll be able to use this app according to their native language. Anyway, hello from 🇮🇩 👋
