Feature request: fixed offset

Hi, it would be great to have an option for a fixed offset, like e.g. 400 px from left side.
I have a 32:9 Monitor and would like to have a centered but stable Taskbar. Stable means expanding taskbar to the right from fixed offset as new programs are started

Let me add some Need behind the request. when more than one program is loading, e.g. when starting and there is a delay, it happens very often that the Taskbar moves while I klick on a taskbar located icon. Result is that the position of the icon is changing instead of starting the application.
