🛡️ Code of Conduct

We are dedicated to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for all contributors. By participating in this project, you agree to uphold the following values:

1. Respect and Consideration

  • Be respectful and considerate of other community members, regardless of their experience level, background, or opinions.
  • Constructive criticism is encouraged, but personal attacks, trolling, and other disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

2. Inclusivity

  • We strive to be an inclusive community. Discrimination or harassment based on gender, race, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or other personal attributes is unacceptable.
  • Celebrate diversity and create an environment where everyone feels valued and included.

3. Collaboration and Openness

  • Share knowledge and help others. Collaboration is the foundation of open-source projects.
  • Welcome new ideas and be open to feedback. Constructive discussions help improve the project and its community.
  • Value contributions of all sizes. Small fixes and improvements are just as important as major features.

4. Professionalism

  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions. Be patient, supportive, and keep the discussion focused on the task at hand.
  • Use welcoming and inclusive language. Avoid unnecessary jargon, and be mindful of how your words may affect others.

5. Zero Tolerance for Harassment

  • Harassment of any form will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, offensive comments, inappropriate language, and unwelcome attention or behavior.
  • If you witness or experience harassment, report it immediately.

6. Focus on Growth and Learning

  • Open-source is a learning environment. Encourage others, especially beginners, to contribute and grow.
  • Share your knowledge and experience with patience and enthusiasm. Everyone learns at their own pace.

7. Reporting Issues

  • If you see a violation of this Code of Conduct or experience any inappropriate behavior, report it to rehan.t@chaintech.network.
  • All reports will be reviewed and investigated confidentially, and the maintainers are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

We expect all participants in the project to follow these guidelines in all community spaces, including GitHub issues, pull requests, discussions, and interactions on social media.
