Option to download too much to get missing

When an issue is missing, Kapowarr only automatically downloads for it when there is a download available that only covers the issue. If there are only downloads that cover more than the issue, nothing is automatically downloaded (e.g. issue 3 is missing, but only a download for 1-5 is available, so nothing is downloaded).

Describe the solution you'd like

An option to alter this behaviour so that Kapowarr will download more than it needs in order to get the missing issue(s).

Additional context

It's still undecided whether the extra downloaded content is kept or deleted.
