[Bug]: opentyrian does not persist save data or config settings

Prerequisites

• I have written a descriptive issue title.
• I have searched all issues/PRs to ensure it has not already been reported or fixed.
• I have verified that I am using the latest version of Scoop and corresponding bucket.

Expected/Current Behaviour

I am experiencing a loss of save data when removing the app and then re-installing it. This would also occur when upgrading the app to a new version. Save data should persist across upgrades/re-installs.

Steps to Reproduce

- scoop install opentyrian2000
- <play OpenTyrian2000 and save progress to disk>
- scoop uninstall opentyrian2000
- scoop install opentyrian2000

Notice that save data has been lost.

Possible Solution

App manifest should persist save file.
