plot default setting suggestions

For ease of use, there are a few default settings that would be helpful to set:
Set axis default labels to the column header of the selected x, y variables
For U-Pb plots, set 'show Concordia curve" as default, or retain MRU settings
for U-Pb plots, data points off, or retain MRU settings
