LasR can activate plux, and luxR can activate plas. See https://www.cds.caltech.edu/biocircuits/index.php/ZS-FFLFFL-laslux#Testing_orthogonality_of_196_and_166

Need a framework to incorporate this induction data, since any circuit involving these parts will need to in corporate these (significant) effects.

Related to #30 in that this will be an optional capability that can be 'enabled'.
